Reporting a security vulnerability
If you find a security problem in Wrenspace, the desktop app, the account site or this website, email security@wrenspace.ai. Please do not report it in a public GitHub issue or in the form above.
- What to send. What you found, the steps or code to reproduce it, the version or URL affected, and how we can reach you.
- What we do. We confirm we received your report, keep you updated while we fix it, and tell you when the fix ships. With your permission we credit you when we describe the fix.
- Test within limits. Use only accounts and data you own or have permission to use. Do not access, change or delete other people’s data, degrade the service (no denial-of-service or load testing), use social engineering or physical attacks, or send spam.
- Give us time. Keep the details private until we have fixed the problem, or until 90 days have passed since your report, whichever is first, unless we agree a different date with you.
Safe harbour. If you make a good-faith effort to follow this policy, we will not take legal action against you or report you to law enforcement for your research, and we will treat it as authorised under our Terms of Service. This does not cover third-party services (for example Stripe, GitHub or an agent CLI provider); follow their own disclosure policies. We do not currently run a paid bug bounty.
